Yes, as long as you cannot recognize them individually. If you can recognize their face, you must have a signed Model Release from that person. You may submit one Model Release for one "photo shoot" as long as the content and subject are the same per "photo shoot" and you upload them in the same batch.
Can buildings or homes be photographed legally?
Yes, as long as the photo is taken from a publicly accessible place and you are not invading anyone's privacy. Remember, you cannot photograph people in the building or home or in any way invade their privacy. If possible, it is always good to have a signed property release which you upload to us along with your photo.
Taking photos of buildings or homes from outside in a public place such as the sidewalk or the street is generally OK, as long as they don't show anything private such as people on or within the property or other details that the property owner may wish to keep private.
Do I need an individually signed Model Release for each photo a model is in?
You can use one Model Release based on the photo session. You'll need to upload this same release with each photo from that session.

You do not lose the copyright or ownership but by uploading, you do agree to allow Photo And Beyond to use and sell your photo, and pay you for it of course.

See the Licensing Agreement for full details - most uses are permitted except reprinting, reselling or uploading as stock images elsewhere, no defaming or slandering the models in the photo.
